Justify My Time is Sodapop’s dive into one of our favorite rock genres: Australian Surf Rock. Heavily influenced by some of our favorite bands like Spy V Spy, Australian Crawl, and Hoodoo Gurus, this song was born from its captivating riff, which inspired us to craft an arrangement influenced by ’80s and ’90s rock, with heavy guitars and energetic vocals by our talented friend Luiza Carmo. The ecstatic lyrics complete the picture for an exciting and kinetic song, much like the sport that inspires this musical genre, which has deserved the love of its fans for a long time.
